Constant Content Review

In doing a Constant Content review I want to achieve two things. First is to take a brief look at the market for freelance writing jobs online, second is to point you in the direction of what I believe to be the best site for pure writers rather than programmers, illustrators, administrator, etc.

Make money with writingThere are probably hundreds of sites offering freelance work online. Thousands of people earn a living from the comfort of their own homes by finding jobs via Elance, ODesk, Guru.com, etc. I’m not mentioning those through any favoritism, they’re just the ones I’ve explored personally.

The main challenge with these kind of sites – and with making a living writing online – is getting known and being able to earn a reasonable amount. People in different economic regions of the world might be able to work for far less than you or I would consider a “living wage”. That can make “global” sites like these difficult to break into. Make Money With Writing?

I make money with writing. It affords me a comfortable lifestyle and a great deal of freedom. If that sounds like something you would like, maybe I can help.

I am not going to lie to you and say it’s all easy. I certainly don’t have a secret to instant online riches. A lot of people want to make money writing – they see it as an easy option. It isn’t. However, I know of no other way that people from numerous, vastly different backgrounds can gain financial freedom in a relatively short space of time.

You don’t need to be a genius. You don’t need a degree in English. My own school career was less than stellar and I have no formal qualifications whatsoever.

Yet I have a nice house and a couple of cars – all paid for. I am not a millionaire but that’s not my target. For me it’s the time freedoms. Sometimes I have deadlines to meet, of course, but mostly I can arrange them to suit what I want to do. I can afford to holiday abroad several times a year.

If that sounds like your kind of lifestyle, stick around. I think I can point you in the right direction.

I suggest you subscribe via RSS. I’m taking a pretty informal approach and although I’ll be updating the site quite frequently it’s not a fixed course, so subscribing is your easiest way to stay up to date.

I’ll talk to you again soon.
